Cynthia Branca is a Certified Financial Planner™, Licensed Insurance Agent for life and health Insurance, as well as an Investment Advisor Representative who works as a Financial Advisor for Financial Network.

Cynthia has built a diverse clientele over the past 10 years that consists of retirees and pre-retired individuals planning Retirement Income and asset distribution that will last through the client’s lifespan. Cynthia also helps families plan for all of life’s financial challenges including education and mitigating risks associated with loss of income. Cynthia places emphasis on intelligent, well-informed decision making by working closely with each client to develop their own personalized financial plan. Knowledge and experience play key roles in helping her clients more effectively work toward pursuing their financial goals. Cynthia also enjoys working with families with Special Need Children to help them preserve government benefits while protecting private wealth for the future. Cynthia also enjoys conducting seminars on numerous financial subjects to various groups.

A longtime resident of Stony Point, NY, Cynthia is active in her community. She has been a Girl Advisor with Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson for 15 years. Cynthia joined the Pajama Program in the role of Chapter President for Rockland and Orange County, New York. Cynthia was a Board Member of the Hudson Valley Children’s Museum. She was also very active at the Mother’s Center of Rockland County. Cynthia graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Finance and Marketing.
